KF-40 Quench Wrap Material

KF-40 is a dense rope developed especially for the glass tempering industry. This rope has a solid fiberglass white core which is wrapped with a tightly woven yellow Kevlar® jacket.

Applications

• Wrapping material for glass tempering quench area rolls

Advantages

• Good abrasion resistance
• Offers longer service life than other ropes or sleeving
• Does not mark the glass
• Does not expel fibers quickly
