Pyrocast DFS Dense Fused Silica Furnace Rolls
Pyrotek offers the glass industry the highest quality dense fused silica rolls available in the industry. Rolls with or without end caps are manufactured to fit all manufacturers' furnaces. The rolls are made with proprietary equipment and processes which produce the smoothest roll available. Dimensionally stable, the roll's precision-ground surface shows no appreciable dimensional difference from room temperature, the fused silica rollers conduct virtually no heat out of the furnace. To ensure quality, Pyrocast DFS Rolls undergo statistical process control on slip properties, sonic modulus and circular runouts.
