Pyrojacket Insulating Sleeving and Ribbon
Pyrojacket® is a high-bulk glass fiber woven to produce a hollow sleeve or ribbon. It is coated with a high-temperature silicone rubber and will withstand continuous exposure up to 500°F (260°C); up to 2000°F (1090°C) for 15–20 minutes; and up to 3000°F (1650°C) for 15–30 seconds. Pyrojacket sleeving slips on easily and expands over fittings and connectors. Pyrojacket ribbon can be wrapped on without disconnecting fittings. Each product is end-fixed in place with Pyrosil™ adhesive tape.
