RFM Thermocouple Protection Tubes
RFM® is a composite ceramic material that is both tough and tolerant of mechanical abuse. Pyrotek’s RFM thermocouple protection tube (TCPT) is reinforced with an internal steel pipe, and the RFM exterior provides a robust, natural non-wetting product that results in long service life. The RFM composite is a fibreglass reinforced material having an extremely high thermal shock resistance, and withstands mechanical abuse without breakage.
