Precast Refractory Liner for Coreless Induction Aluminium Melting Furnace
Pyrotek manufacturers drop-in precast refractory liners for aluminium induction melters. These liners are custom engineered specifically for your application. Liners can be changed out in hours and not days, making the drop-in liner much more production friendly. This liner replaces dry vibratable reline systems that are labor intensive, dusty and require sintering before use.
One liner, installed into a 10,000 pound melter at one location, has melted well over 21 million pounds of aluminium. The liner is fitted with a lifting grab for crane replacement inside the furnace. Removal of the spent precast refractory liner is also easier and quicker.
