Single Chamber Furnace

Single Chamber furnaces, either operated with a heel or direct charge (dry hearth) furnaces that drain completely each time. The illustrations show the EMP attached to a round (top charge) and standard (door charge) furnace. EMP has designed a system to operate reliably on a dry hearth furnace. Using the new Hybrid vortex allows for light gauge scrap charging and alloy additions in a reliable system which allows for quick start ups each heat.
