The beauty of Pyroglow® ember beds, is that the ember bed and ember pieces are all contained within one formed unit. Gone is the old way of sprinkling material in the appliance bed. Ember beds are designed with posts and notches that interface with your custom designed Pyroglow® log sets for uniform look and perfect fit inside your appliance. We custom design each ember bed to your appliance specifications, with gas distribution patterns created to highlight and accent burn patterns in your log set for the ultimate in natural realism. We offer complete assembly options to include gasket, pan, ember bed and log set.

Our technical design team partners with you in the development stage to design to your specs or concepts. Give us a sketch, a design idea or simple dimensions, and we can create a prototype from our material. We provide ember beds assembled or unassembled. Designs can include pans, gaskets, and attachments to the ember bed itself. Our patented formulation and manufacturing process affords much higher dimensional tolerances than conventional ember bed materials, allowing Pyroglow® ember beds to be inserted into an appliance and shipped in tact...no customer assembly required.
