M-Series Pumps

M-Series pumps are designed for use in non-ferrous molten metals having working temperatures below 1600ºF (871ºC). These pumps were designed for, and have a proven history of, a long operating life and efficient and reliable operation.

Pump Features

High efficiency impellers
—specifically designed for the application.

Precision bearings and seals—designed with tight tolerances to ensure all bearings carry an equal load with minimum internal leakage.

Rigid motor mounts—minimize distortion and have machined mounting surfaces to ensure perfect motor alignment.

Quick delivery—transfer pumps provide fast and easy delivery of molten metal. They are much faster than tap holes and operate with the press of a button.

Safety—quick on / off operations by an operator away from the metal but with full view of the operation. No troublesome tap holes to plug at the end of a pour.

Flexible delivery systems—can be constructed with refractory lined pipe to deliver metal up to 82 ft (25 m) in distance.
