Precast Transfer Ladle Liners

Pyrotek’s Ladle Liners offer superior life when compared to cast-in-place linings. Our pre-cast linings are fully cured and dried on both the hot face and exterior side of the lining, with only preheating needed before use. Our casting process produces a smooth, porosity-free surface, which resists erosion and metal build-up.

Installation time is greatly reduced, as the lining is delivered fully dried and cured. Replacement is as easy as pulling the old liner out, and putting a new one in. Our use of dry vibratable refractories or pourable foam insulation, such as Wollite, which is placed behind the liner, allows us to quickly remove the liner.

Pyrotek has liner materials designed for all metal types, and temperature ranges.
